How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the Unloop app. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at support@useunloop.com.
Is my data private?
Yes. Unloop contains zero ad trackers and does not sell your data. Your episode data is stored securely and used only to power the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which platforms is Unloop available on?
Unloop is available on iOS. An Android version is on the roadmap.
Can I use Unloop without an account?
Basic logging works without an account. An account is required for pattern insights and cross-device sync.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
Is Unloop a replacement for therapy?
No. Unloop is a behavioral tool designed to help interrupt compulsive loops in the moment. It is not a clinical treatment and does not replace working with a qualified mental health professional.
How do I report a bug?
Use the in-app feedback button (Settings → Send Feedback) or email support@useunloop.com. We respond to every report.
