1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Unloop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not a medical product
Unloop is a behavioral tool designed to support habit interruption. It is not a medical device, a clinical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
3. Subscriptions
Unloop offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. For App Store purchases, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
4. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
Unloop and ReactiveWeb Studio SRL are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
