Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Unloop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not a medical product

Unloop is a behavioral tool designed to help interrupt compulsive loops in the moment. It is not a medical device, a clinical treatment, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The app does not verify whether fears are true or false and never provides reassurance about the content of intrusive thoughts.

3. Safety limits

Unloop is not a crisis service and cannot contact emergency services on your behalf. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline. Using Unloop does not substitute for appropriate professional or emergency care.

4. Subscriptions

Unloop offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. For App Store purchases, Apple's Standard EULA applies.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Premium → Manage Subscription inside the app, or via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Deleting your Unloop account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel through Apple separately. Unloop is not responsible for charges incurred after account deletion if the Apple subscription was not cancelled.

5. Free trial

A 7-day free trial of Unloop Pro is available. The trial begins after your third logged episode — not at install. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the published rate. Trial eligibility is managed by the Apple App Store and may vary by region.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Unloop and ReactiveWeb Studio SRL are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
